This policy ensures that every customer receives a fresh, untouched product that meets the highest standards of cleanliness and care.
You may cancel your order only before it is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. This is because reusable kitchen towels are considered hygiene-sensitive items and cannot be accepted back into inventory—even if unopened.
To cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it or before receiving your shipping confirmation. You can reach us via WhatsApp, email, or phone with your order ID. If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
