Feather Touch Tissues FTC embarked on a parallel growth trajectory by incorporating the manufacturing of surgical disposable product-making machines, specifically focused on gauze swab production. Partnering with Ramaraju Surgicals(SURGICOM) in Rajapalayam, Tamil Nadu, we had the unique opportunity to reverse engineer a Gauze swab making machine originally acquired from Switzerland in 1987. Through this collaboration, we successfully automated the production process and developed an innovative machine capable of manufacturing gauze swabs in various sizes—all within a single unit.
